College Credit, Internships, Exam Preparation and More
EF knows college students are busy. That's why we've designed our Spanish courses to help you get fluent as quickly as possible. When you study Spanish in a normal college or university, you speak Spanish only during classtime, perhaps with a conversation lab mixed in here and there. With EF, though, you'll be speaking Spanish 100% of the time, whether you're in class, the iLab, or taking an eco-tourism excursion. Your new friends at EF won't (in most cases) speak English as their first languages, so you'll need Spanish to communicate. Our courses are literally guaranteed to help you climb up the Common European Framework of Reference quickly.
To make it easier for college students to accelerate their learning, we've partnered with Eastern Washington University so that you can earn college credit for Spanish language and history courses. If you're planning on taking the DELE, you can enroll in EF's proven exam preparation course. We can also help you find opportunities to practice your Spanish by volunteering
in the local community. EF students also take elective courses relevant to their interests, so you'll learn how the Spanish language and Tico culture relate to your academic interests as well as your daily life.
