Program Description:

Study Abroad in Seville

The Study + Internship program in Seville is designed for students who are aspiring professionals that want to distinguish themselves in an evolving global job market. The program allows you to make progress toward your academic degree and remain on track for graduation, while developing the top skills employers want you to gain by the time you enter the job market. During the program, you will intern at a local host organization while also taking our mandatory Global Internship Course and additional courses. Our diverse range of courses will provide you with a platform to excel academically, and your personalized internship placement will help you acquire professional experience from a global perspective and learn from professionals in an international context. Program options are dependent upon location, but may include: Semester, Summer, Part-Time and Full-Time Internships, and English and host language speaking placements.

Where You'll Study

Students take classes at the CEA CAPA Seville Center and one of the partner institutions, Pablo de Olavide University, EUSA University Center or University of Seville. Enjoy interactive courses that incorporate a global perspective at the CEA CAPA Seville Center, conveniently located in the center of the city, near Seville’s stunning la Giralda cathedral. 
Set on a pleasant campus just outside of the city center, Pablo de Olavide University offers modern amenities not often found in an urban setting, including athletic, laboratory, and technical facilities. Enjoy an immersive experience at this exclusive university.
A private university located in the heart of Seville, EUSA University Center boasts one of Europe’s most modern educational settings. Take courses side-by-side with Spanish and other international students for a truly integrated experience.
The University of Seville is one of Spain’s largest educational institutions. Join other international students in courses taught in your choice of Spanish and English. Students receive a transcript from CEA CAPA's School of Record, and either EUSA University Center, Pablo de Olavide University or University of Seville upon completion of their program.

SRU Program Requirements
  • Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to study abroad, however, some SRU international partner institutions may require a higher GPA
  • There is no class level requirement for study abroad at SRU
  • Disciplinary files will be requested from the Office of Student Conduct, for each applicant, and will be taken into consideration during the review process.
  • Please make sure to check with the Financial Aid (if applicable) for academic and other requirements that pertain to potentially receiving aid during your study abroad experience. 
To apply for this program use the green 'Apply Now' button at the top or bottom of the page.  You will be prompted to log in after which you will be directed to the SRU study abroad application forms and other requirements. Once you have completed all required items, and your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be instructed to begin an application directly in the CEA application portal. Please do not begin an application with CEA until you have been first approved by SRU.
