CEA CAPA Study + Internship in Aix-en-Provence, France
(Outgoing Program)
Put your French skills to use and immerse into local culture while gaining the hands-on experience that employers value! The Study + Internship program in Aix-en-Provence allows you to make steady progress toward your academic degree while developing practical skills in fields such art, art history, business, communication, education, journalism, history, museum studies, sustainability, tourism, and more. The program incorporates a professional internship placement as part of your studies abroad. Courses are taught in English and French.

2.50 Min GPA; Completed one year of college; High intermediate and above French language level
Founded in 1958, IAU College is one of France’s oldest and largest education abroad institutions. Courses in the humanities, social sciences, and fine arts are taught in your choice of French or English; you’ll attend alongside students from around the world. Students will receive a transcript from IAU College upon completion of their program.

Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to study abroad, however, some SRU international partner institutions may require a higher GPA
There is no class level requirement for study abroad at SRU
Disciplinary files will be requested from the Office of Student Conduct, for each applicant, and will be taken into consideration during the review process.
Please make sure to check with the Financial Aid (if applicable) for academic and other requirements that pertain to potentially receiving aid during your study abroad experience.

Once you have completed all required items, and your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be instructed to begin an application directly in the CEA application portal. Please do not begin an application with CEA until you have been first approved by SRU.
